| Senior Pastor, Joseph L. Crumley
Reverend Crumley is an Ordained Bishop with the Church of God. He has served in the position of Senior Pastor at Tift Avenue for over 8 years. Pastor Crumley was born and raised in Tift County. In 1995, he was called into the ministry and left a career in the funeral home business to pursue a life of pastoral ministry. Before coming to Tift Avenue, he served as Senior Pastor at the Folkston Church of God and Associate Pastor at the Union Grove Church of God. In February of 1999 God allowed him to return to Tifton and take over the pastorate of Tift Avenue Church of God.
Pastor Crumley currently serves as a member of the State Council for the Church of God State Office and has also held a position on the State Youth & Christian Education Board. He also serves as District Overseer for the Tifton District. His wife Vicky is active in the Women's Ministries Department at Tift Avenue; together, they have two children, Russ and Hannah.

Youth Ministry, Matthew Schluckebier
Pastor Matthew came on staff at Tift Avenue Church of God in August of 2006. After 15 years of working in the Christian Music Industry he answered the call to Youth Ministry. Pastor Matthew is no stranger to church ministry having been raised in a Pastor's home all of his life. He and his wife April are committed to teaching teenagers the word of God. They have two daughters, Lauren-Ivie and Adah-Grace.

Church Secretary, Renae Foskey
Renae grew up in a Church of God Pastor's home and has dedicated her life to Christian service. She has previously served as church secretary at the Unity Church of God in Jesup, also at Carpenter Road Church of God and Brighton Road Baptist Church, in Tifton. She came to us as Church Secretary and Ministries Coordinator in 2007. She has one son, Zachary.

Music Ministry, Richie Johnson
Richie has served as Music Minister at Tift Avenue since 2004. He grew up in a home filled with gospel music and has spent his entire life playing and singing. He and his wife Shanna have three children, Darren, Marley and Kaycee.

Children's Ministry, Dawn Foskey
Dawn has served as Children's Minister at Tift Avenue for over 20 years. During this time she developed Sonshine ministries, which is a growing and ever changing children's program. She has also worked to train several children's workers who have left to develop their own ministry. She and her husband Monty have two children, Jordan and Mitchell.

Christian Counselor, Kim Keen
Reverend Keen has held credentials as a Licensed Minister with the Church of God since 2002. She also holds a Master's Degree of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Valdosta State University. She is a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. She has been on staff at Tift Avenue since the Spring of 2007. Kim also serves as the Young Adult Sunday School teacher. Her husband, Greg works with the Boy's Clubs. They have three children, Whitney, Alli and Luke.

Church Clerk, Vince Weldon
Vince has served as church clerk at Tift Avenue since 2004. He also serves as Sunday School Superintendent and on the church building committee. His wife Tamelia works with the Ladies Ministries Department and teaches Sunday and Wednesday classes. Together they have two sons, Thad and Jase.

Nursing Home Ministry, Herman Walker
Brother Walker serves as Nursing Home Minister for Tift Avenue. He along with his wife Mildred, conduct services every Sunday Morning at Tift Health Care on Tift Avenue. They spend time each week ministering to and praying for those who can not physically come to church. |
